Rules:

  1. All participants must be 13 years to 18 years old
  2. All participants must be able to attend the in-person event in the community room, the opening ceremony, and the closing ceremony.
  3. Teams are limited to a maximum size of 4 people. Individual projects are permitted.
  4. Treat all participants, mentors, and organizers with respect, regardless of skill level or background
